How can Sony not dominate E3 when they said they will be showing over 20 new games while MS will only show more free apps for a paid service and Nintendo will show new 5 year old tech hardware.
Maybe, but they can't beat Sony. The PS3 is the most used console for media purposes.
The PS3 is at the end of it's life span too but Sony is still releasing new core exclusives so why can't MS do the same?

Before you answer make sure the service you mention is not free on other devices.
How will they sell XBL now? With a web browser that makes all of the free features on XBL more worthless than they already are. Without a web browser MS could say "we are adding Youtube to XBL", "we are adding access to Hulu+ on XBL, "we are adding Facebook to XBL", we are adding Twitter on XBL". But with a web browser it negates the chance to sell Xbox owners more free features.

MS had to bundle it just to push it over 1 million and like hellerphant said, with 5 years of development only 1 million sales is a loss. Why do you think they had to release a PC version when initially they said there would be no PC version. They had to make some of that money back that they lost on the Xbox version.

People buy XBL because they have no choice if they want to play the online portion of their games that they already paid $60 for. Can't play COD multi player on Xbox without paying big daddy Microsoft first to access that part of your game that you already paid $60 for. Keep telling yourself pay...
They cared when Heavenly Sword "only" sold 1.5 million units and none of their games have sold that much since.

There is a reason the devs had to put Braid and Limbo on the PS3, to try an re-coop some money not made back on the Xbox alone. Fez was a port from PC.

You're right. My mistake, I was thinking of another game. Fez will probably have to go multi platform to re-coop money like most XBLA games.
