I hate swapping discs so it's a no brainer for me as to which version I buy. If GTA5 is as big as they say it is then it will come on at least 5 DVDs for Xbox and that's just unacceptable. What is this, 1997?
On top of the fact that MS lost the hardcore most people will think twice about buying an Xbox 720 at launch because the Xbox 360s were faulty from the start and MS knew and still sold them anyway. That will come back to haunt MS for sure. The new Xbox has to come with at least a 4 or 5 year warranty for people to feel comfortable buying it.
Sony will let us know when next gen starts.

The one game that would make me play on Xbox constantly and MS won't let RARE make it. Don't tell me they won't make it because they don't believe it will sell because MS backed games like Steel Battalion(60k sales) and Fable the Journey(140) and those games were colossal flops that no one bought. I know KI3 would sell more than those two horrible flops.

Stop Sony? LMAO! Sony started a full year behind MS and priced the PS3 at $600 and still shot past MS in sales. This time MS won't have a year long head start and I'm sure Sony won't price the PS4 at $600 so what chance does MS have this time? No chance in hell. MS have lost the hardcore gamers with their Kinect only focus and that will come back to bite them in the butt, just ask Nintendo.
It will force MS to show Kinect 2.0 early. I'm sure that's where their main focus is.
Same here. Gears 1 was decent, Gears 2 was an unplayable mess of a multi player, and Gears 3 was meh so I have no interest in Gears Judgement.
Sounds like you will have to pay for XBL Gold to play offline as well.

Exactly. They had to scramble to put together XBLA titles that no one heard of to make a list of exclusives to compete with the list of 8 PS3 full retail exclusives.
MS's few core fans that they have left think that they are getting a bunch of new core IPs for next gen but they will be disappointed when they find out MS is only working on Kinect new IPs and they will only give core gamers the usual Halo/Gears/Forza.
