That's why they are spending the cash. It's no where near what they said it would be,but luckily people are idiots. It's proved time and time again, advertise it lots and it will sell, especially to the easily led Americans.
Move sold 600000 in USA and 1.5 million in EU in first month. That's 2.1 million with no JP for the 360 fans(I assume your maths is as bad as your spelling).
What amazes me most,is the inability for Kinect fans to spell.Coincidence?
Words like Kinect, around and losing seem to pose the biggest problems.
Ps3 fanboys or not,Kinect looks poor as a GAME controller.
Lemmings do not commit mass suicide. It's false but 360 fanboys do often commit mass acts of financial suicide eg Live,Kinect sold out,HDDs,new 360s,HD DVDs.Any 360 hardware is basically a rip off.I know,I own one.if it wasn't for the first 18 months, gears and L4D is would have been a bigger waste of money than my Wii.
That is truly absurd.I'm starting to think it's invasion of the bodysnatchers on N4G with the stupidity of some of the Kinect fanboys on here.
That may be true but that does not mean we cannot try and save people from themselves if they are easily suggestible. It's community thinking. You cheerleaders are helping swindle people.Cameras make limited game controllers, humans are tool users and you are just a tool.
They made more on the 1st one and I played some tech demos that MS recycled for their Milo demo. Most people have not seen the Eyetoy swishing water demo or the fire in the hand one. They have more dev experience full stop than MS and have enough devs(and have had some casual devs for years, even before Ninty)to support both hardcore and casual.MS do not.Kinect will sell, many poor things do(Kylie Minogue,The X factor,Titanic)and people are basically easily led, idiots. That does not mean it will e...
At least know the name of the thing you are so avidly defending. Why is it hard to understand that people with more experience than you might be trying to do you a favour and save you some money?
Yes,it is a bad idea.I've played some Eyetoy/PSEye and believe me it gets boring once the novelty wears off.It was impressive 5 years ago but I guess that's part of the point with Kinect.Only 10.5 million people bought the Eyetoy so most people(believing the misleading press)think this a new idea and for them it probablt is.The thing is we humans like tools/weapons/bats etc. There aren't many activities not improved by them and Kinect itself is not going to measure up as game contr...
The hand to hand combat feels faster and more reliable than the first game. The only downside is the brutal, fun finishers seem too few in number. It also make sense he'd augment his powers with a weapon like this.
You must be 12.Go and read about what order things happened in the old days please.Even Kinect is not MS idea, you do know that?
I said this to friends ages ago.The only way forward for Sony PSP is to get in with Android in a big way.I also hope they announce Google TV for PS3 today.Sony/Google is a good match and benefits both companies.
No,but I don't care.It will easily sell enough to remain a viable and profitable platform with the best games.
That's one of the problems, games like Tumble and Echochrome will not work with Kinect. It's very limited as anyone with extensive Eyetoy experience will tell you.
I haven't seen Rage with my own but at the moment both Killzone 3 and Crysis 2 look better than Gears 3.Gears looks more colourful than before but other than that looks very similar.Looks like it will be fun to play though.
A lot of it is though and the physics are good.I've played it and the destruction is up there.I tested the Ionic Storm next to a phone box and it ended up on a balcony with cracked windows. Some of the best destruction physics I've seen.
Did you notice they say Wii and not Move?
You don't NEED buttons is true but you don't NEED a hammer to put a nail in a wall,a brick will do it but not as well.
Humans have centuries of evolution, developing our use of tools and now we are supposed to believe that all along we wanted no tools.Wrong and against human nature. We like tools,we collect tools of many sorts,we can live without tools but they make us better at doing the tasks we attempt.Buttons are a fantastic input device, hence their popularity across human k...
You are a fool.Go read the Videogamer.com preview and realise this game is broken.Cheerleader!
I think they have a hit on their hands. In the UK preorders are enormous(we basically copy the US,mugs that we are).I've spoken with local Game managers and the preoerders are huge.It will sell but I think it will be the next balance board,it will just end up gathering dust.
