He's talking about multi player.KZ2 multi was excellent.If you think the weapons aren't varied I'm starting to think you've never played KZ at all.
He doesn't like it and that's fine but by the same token most of his opinions sound like someone who doesn't know the game,or expects to beat veterans out of the gate.
It is not workable for the industry as a whole but I think a varied price scheme based on costs is a good idea.
Something like the NGP or 3DS,Wii,PS3 or 360 should have a couple of quid Angry Birds,up to a £40 Mass Effect.

No,they play favourites instead and exhibit bias.The KZ2 review very little mention of it's excellent AI when Halo they crow about it all the time.Yet I never saw KZ2 enemy AI fail,,whereas a friend of mine had enemies trying to melee kill him through pillars in ODST.Edge thought the AI was great in that game,they then when on to mention how the buddy AI didn't work,but it didn't hurt the ODST score.

The strange thing is that these articles seem to miss the flexibility of the device.It has the widest range of controls(and previews suggest they are good too),It has the power to run the widest range of games,it has the best screen(important for handheld),it has the better online infrastructure(than 3DS) and it has the ability to run Ps1,PSP,Android(PS Suite) and it's own format on cards or download.

I've played it.I liked the 1st a lot and this seems a big tech improvement.It feels like an amped up version of 1 with some of the best physics I've ever seen.
I liked my short demo but I will say it may not convert anyone who hated the 1st game.

The main thing here is that this is the most successful generation ever and all 3 consoles have done well.All 3 have passed lifetime sales of many previous consoles and the competition is staying tight.

The problem the media has with PS3 reviews?90% of the journos play their games on 360s and at the end of the day you prefer your regular machine.Bias is unavoidable and natural.
Games media loves games like us but also have their favourites and the company that gives you free consoles,all other friend journos have free consoles and they give you free online when it should cost money.What are you going to prefer?

Last quarter sales were 6.3 million for both consoles.With US figures,it shows how much rest of the world belongs to PS3.
360 had a great last quarter and the buzz of Kinect,PS3 lacked many big games in last 6 months and yet matching PS3 was the best 360 could manage.
Just goes to show how wrong media perception vs reality is.
