I agree with Saaking. He may have a spotted history with his ant-MS comments every now and again but he can still spot if a game is good. It is a good idea separating the Co-Op from the campaign, it worked with MW2 and UC2 and I seem to remember Chaos Theory had separate Co-Op so why isnt this a bad idea. Saaking wasn't attacking the game, he bought up a good point and seems fully supportive of the direction Ubisoft is taking.
A number of points Bathyj.
The game is called ASSASSINS Creed. Guess what assassins do. Is it kill people? It can't be! I thought they'd at least have first person shooting moments and racing moments in this game!!!!
Also a lot of games have the same gameplay elements all the way through. And that doesn't make them a bad game. In fact some of the greatest games of all time use tried and tested formulas. Gran Turismo-drive around a track over and over again.
Uncharted 2. Sho...
Being close minded and moronic about a good idea.
Some pretty good deals. Definately gonna pick up Sonic 2, Peggle and the Fable 2 DLC. I also believe I'm the first person to actually comment on the article and not this console vs console BS that certain individuals constantly spout on this site. Maybe you should actually play games, you might enjoy it.
Is this meant to be a satire of hip hop artists and gaming? If it is its genius. If not, this show is awful.
Oh my lord, my PC seems to have reached 88 mph and I've now transported back to 3 years ago on the internet!
You need to watch some E3 conferences my friend. All the companies pat themselves on the back.
This guy completed the game on Veteran difficulty, and got 3 stars on all of Spec Ops and has prestiged 3 times in multiplayer in under 5 hours? This guy must be the greatest gamer of all time! I really want to hang with this dude he sounds cool. Just wow.
Or do you just stare at your consoles awaiting every NPD release? "Oh my god my console sold more than the other console!". You've obviously already bought your console, and the console you own is selling well enough for games to be released for it so why do you care? If you own a PS3 why don't you go out and buy games for it instead of just watching Blue Rays and bashing 360 games all the time and maybe the PS3 will have games for it in the top 10. And if you own a 360 just have a ...
Yes, Eminem, Queen, Gwen Stefani, Foo Fighters, Beastie Boys and almost every other artist in this game except for Daft Punk and Justice are well known for their uplifting house and techno tunes.
Any game that lets me be Daft Punk is going to be amazing. And Daft Punk will be a lot more fun to be than Kurt Cobain or Johnny Cash. And did i mention you can be Daft Punk in this game? The greatest french house/electro act in the world who also happen to dress as robots? Just watch the We Will Robot Rock you trailer and tell me that doesn't look cool.
All of my club team own it on the same console as me so that's who I'll be playing it with. And a substantial amount of people will be playing it on both systems so online multiplayer won't be a barren wasteland so whatever console you own it on it'll still be fun. Isn't fun the point?
Once again N4G is plagued by idiots. Most of the comments on this thread clearly show the authors have not even read the article, as with a lot of articles on N4G. People don't even discuss news anymore, just bashing games or consoles. This article shows some amazing things that can be created by Halo 3's forge and Bungie and the Halo community should be commended on that, rather than moron's trying to talk about Sony all the damn time.
Using a song on the soundtrack to a game is not part of the marketing. The marketing is the advertising for a game. If Sony released the games soundtrack via download or CD it could be classed as marketing. If Sony used Mad World to market Killzone it would be a very different situation as the song is not part of GeOW's soundtrack but part of the advertising. The song used for LBP's marketing in the UK was Eanie Meanie by Jim Noir, don't know what it was in America. Also Eanie Meanie was used...
The same way Sony stole the original score from Miller's Crossing to promote Team Ico's new game?
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Sorry I fell asleep during this ridiculous comments section. THIS ISN'T NEWS! Its a tune by a british electro/funk band that features ON A SOUNDTRACK! The amount of the same songs that are featured heavily in a large number of films and adverts is unbelievable. How many times have you heard the same tune used in Film trailers? The advert is aimed at enticing new people to buy the console, most of which will have no idea the tune featured on a Sony exclusive. If the song wa...
I've never heard of Froza 3. Is it a new IP?
Is anybody else bored of these comparison video's yet? Both games are going to be good, get over it.
I'm going to have to sell a kidney to play all these games! Its as bad as last year!
I'd say Batman AA was under the radar, there hasn't been a good batman game for over 20 years and this game just came out and sucker punched everyone. Possibly one of the best licensed games of all time, I can't even remember the last licensed game that was any good. Also big props to Demon Souls, that games been getting good word of mouth and hopefully its sales pick up over the festive period.
