I don't believe them. Recent reports shown Black ops 2 gas the lowest preorder numbers since world at war, but now all the sudden GameStop is saying they have the most ever? Black ops 2 is over 500,000 behind mw3 in total preorders. They're saying this to get hype going so you go to GameStop and preorder

This is exactly what I said they should've done from the beginning, because segregating a large community, especially mostly casual, is a horrible move.
I have friends that don't pay attention to these things but play cod. Not one of them bought a map pack for mw3, but bought almost all of them in prior releases. When u make things confusing and change dates to what casuals are accustomed to, they won't go searching for it.

If you make a console up to current technology standards, cheap enough to afford, and that is easy for devs to make games on, your console is guaranteed to sell well, exclusives is the icing on the cake and we know Nintendo won't fail there. The Wii U is shaping up to tackle all. It can't fail.

Killzone has always been average. It was hyped before this gen when that fake trailer released. It's crazy what one trailer can do, look at battleshit 3 too
Every ps3 exclusive recently has been underwhelming in sales. I'd say its because the generation is dying, but if u look at Xbox exclusives or multiplat sales they're still strong, so the only answer is Sonys marketing or people no longer digging Sonys exclusives.
