I still haven't bought a PS4 yet; however, I'll be getting one for sure next year once the exclusives have really piled up. For the time being; though, I'm set with my PC and Wii U.
Wii U is selling just like the average Nintendo console sells(not that much), no need to be alarmed. Just because something doesn't sell like the Wii or a PlayStation console, doesn't mean it's DOOOMED or needs saving. I love the Wii U a lot. It's a very unique device that due to the great gamepad, actually coerces me away from my PC for the third party games that are actually available.

I agree that the exclusivity of these games should end. I'm glad that I got them so early; however, now others should really have the chance to go and download these.
Actually I used to be a programmer. It got too tedious, so I left for another field. I wasn't very dedicated to it, just as a lot of the people making these games aren't; however. at least I had the good sense to leave. Anyway, it was mostly just c++, basic, and html. Nothing too fancy.
By the way, DDR3 is better for the CPU side of things because it's extremely low latency. GDDR5 which is just modified DDR3 RAM is not good for CPUs at all, and is only beneficial...
If it breaks, you can contact Nintendo and get your things back. Were you registered for club Nintendo? It does the favor of keeping track of all of your downloads.
Of course with the now unified account system, later things will just be more easily re-downloaded.
Nor did they promise SNES. Though if you were an ambassador, you got 10 GBA games.
