True. But as far as him being guilty, it’s highly doubtful. I think EA may have jumped the gun.
MO POWAHHH
Why would they give up? It’s the future. Wireless won’t happen because of latency, smaller would always be nice though.
@InTheZoneAC
“What’s with all these childish assumptions because I would rather wait for this tech to improve?”
First, I was just being funny, and didn’t mean anything by it, so there’s that. But, to answer your question, it’s because, novel or not, some of us have had the best gaming experiences of the generation in VR games like Astro bot, Resident Evil, Ace Combat 7, and for me personally, Firewall, etc. So when you say it’s a gimmick, it goes right over our hea...
Yeah, I didnt mean that the others are bad, I’ve tried Oculus VR as well, and they’ve done a great job and obviously have better controllers. I personally like the PSVR design for the headset because of being able to forget its there (other than the “hat effect” you mentioned). But yeah it also depends on which one you get accustomed to for sure.
Yeah, no more righty oppression for us lefties. (:
From the article
“Next up is a means of detecting whether a controller is being held in the left or right hand. The device uses a sensor to detect the position of the hand and could then remap buttons accordingly. It sounds like a handy little extra; we’re always booting up PSVR games to find out we’re holding controllers the wrong way round.” noice.
They really know how to design. Look at that controller!
The PSVR’s design was the best designed headset because it sat over the persons head so the weight is distributed evenly on the head instead of pulling on the front of the gamer’s head and having the neck compensate. There are VR companies who are licensing the design from Sony right now. I’m pretty sure future headsets will resemble the PSVR once Sony’s patent runs out. It’s no suprise, this is a company with a history of hard...
We called you, you missed the call, hope you get it on your pager.
Holy cr*p I can’t wait!!
This looks awesome, I also would like a glove like controller. But, man I’m excited for PSVR2! Best thing about PS5 for me is the possibilities.
It does matter so people get informed about who is pushing for this type of legislation. After having checked I see that this idiot is Republican. I’m getting the sense that generally, anti-gaming legislation tends to come from ultra conservative politicians, while pro-censorship articles tend to come from ultra liberal or feminist journalists. People should know the difference.
@Obscure
Nobody is pretending anything accept for you pretending to be concerned for PlayStation. 😉
But rest assured, PlayStation has been doing its thing consistently for 4 generations. 👍
Lol 😆 you cracked me up.
In all seriousness though, that’s exactely where we are going unfortunately. Especially if these new players like Apple,Amazon,Google,Tencent (epic) enter the market, we will be looking at paid monthly subscriptions. (Kind of like Apple’s Apple TV)
Oh well what a suprise, obscure doesn’t think it’s good news for PlayStation. I’m shocked!
This and PSVR and Ace Combat 7
Agreed. Nintendo is there too of course.
Is he a Republican or Democrat btw?
How do Xbox only owners feel about their exclusives being on game pass but performing like this?
That really is a downgrade to put all other downgrades to shame.
If it’s any consolation, this particular sin tax will never survive a constitutional challenge. The alcohol/cigarettes tax doesn’t infringe on any fundamental rights, but this one infringes on Freedom of Speech. This Quinn guy is either an idiot, or he is just trying to look tough on shootings, or both. This type of politician is the problem, they should be voted out.
In VR.
