I really liked the first game, yes the story section did fall short, but the gameplay and graphics were really good. It sucks they are not making a new game for this generation.
I am so excited for this game and it is still a long way off. I do wonder if it will make it out at the end of this year. We do all remember how long it took to get RE4 out the door right.
If they do plan on a release at the end of this year or the beginning of the next, then hopefully we can expect to see a lot on this game in the near future.

I think if Apple made their own console, it would turn out to be really cool. The one thing I would worry about is them making a better, cheaper version 6 months later. Haha.

I love how you say the PS3 is a quickly sinking system when it outsold the 360 in 2007 even when Microsoft's console had Halo 3, Bioshock, Mass Effect, ect... Speaking of sinking, let me just say a 30% failure rate to the 1% for the PS3. And with a blu-ray drive and a cell processor that are both new to the market, I will say that is very good.
And have you seen the worldwide sails throughout 2008? PS3 has been on top.

PS3 software sold really well. Hopefully it can continue this trend so that the games deserving of selling a lot of copies do so. GO BUY RATCHET! WE NEED TO GET IT OVER 1 MILLION! I just beat it tonight and wow it is a great game. And playing through again will be awesome with the way they have set up the next play through.
I would love to go play the PS3 at his house at the end of this year. That would be the way to experience all of these games coming out. Wow.
I am a huge fan of the first two and I am really excited for a new one. Hopefully after Saints Row 2 comes out Volition will give us a lot on Red Faction 3.

This week was a much closer margin between PS3 and 360. I really wonder if the PS3 will separate itself from the 360 later this year or if it will be close all the way through. My guess is Ps3 numbers will show a larger margin around September but I could be wrong.
I also wonder what influence GTA4 will have on both consoles?
