I recently bought the Nyko PS4 remote control hoping that maybe Nyko had stepped their game up and... I was wrong. They still make shit peripherals as they did in the 90's. I figured I'd give them another chance and they failed me again. Blows my mind. The remote is uncomfortable to hold, it has no PS button and can barely navigate the menu. Boo Nyko. Boooooo!!!!
@akiraburn I will be going that route myself. Got the HGST Travelstar 1TB 7200 RPM drive. Installing on Thursday night when I pick up my preorder. Also got an extra controller, Killzone Shadowfall, Knack, Battlefield 4 and of course there will be the freebies from PS+. I am locked and loaded. I installed a 7200 RPM drive in my PS3 as well and did notice a considerable difference so I know it will be worth while. Goddamn I'm stoked!
I'm excited to get my hands on the DS4. That being said, the antonym of the word concave is convex. The DS3 analog sticks are convex not concave :-)

The trial of archimedes tests the skills you've built up through the game. It whooped my ass the first 5 or so times, then I figured it out. Block, parry, dodge and use your full arsenal. I may have died like 15 times but I pulled through. I felt like I really earned that gold trophy. Between this and the trophy patch I'm really getting sick of people nit picking this game. Awesome game, challenging at parts, don't take too seriously.

I've been rather skeptical about the game myself, but people getting so worked up purely over Dante's appearance has reached a level of ridiculous that can only occur on the internet. The gameplay I have seen with the living city looks pretty badass. And these guys have made some kickass games previously anyway. Lets see what the non-biased reviews have to say first.
I'm going to play devil's advocate. The booth babes are there to grab attention and they succeed. Sure these are events for video game nerds, but are you telling me they don't think it's a bonus to see some hot girls there? Why not. No need to be uptight about the medium of gaming. It is about fun after all.

I love these articles that are referring to sales just in the US. The PS3 has been at the top of the sales list above Xbox 360 almost every single month since it launched. IN THE WORLD. Yes there are countries outside of America and they do count.
These are the facts. Whereas Kinect is a cool piece of tech and has no doubt garnered the interest of tech fans all over the world, it is NOT a viable gaming platform. Lets move on shall we.
I'm not gonna come on here and down Nintendo or the Wii U. Not sure what to make out of it yet, but you can never discount Nintendo. That being said, it's power will likely be surpassed by the next Xbox and Playstation within a year or two of its release.
People are still whining about this? I have great respect for Roger Ebert and his movie reviews. As the previous gentleman stated the man has serious credentials. However, he does NOT play video games. So why and hell should anyone care about his opinion on them. He does not decide what is art and what is not, it's an opinion he has. I have no doubts that games are an art form. There's a ton of artisitic talent that goes in to many of todays games. So lets move on shall we.
I've seen plenty of CNET reviews and found many of them helpful. This one has some helpful information, but I don't think pitching the Ipod Touch at the beginning of the review was necessary. We know everyone loves the Ipod. Thank you CNET, but this machine does much more in the gaming department, which is what it represents. The Ipod comparisons need to stop.
Good picks. There was one moment for me in Uncharted 3 that specifically stuck out. I believe this was just before the cruise liner, but it's the part where you have to make your way across all the connected barges while it's raining. With the water causing the platforms to shift and the the rain beating down while lightning and thunder are firing off. Standing water forming on the platforms and Drake getting soaked in the process while fighting off enemies and trying to maintain bala...
As a fan of both Crysis games, I still have to say that there is far too much hype behind the Cry engine. The Frostbite engine beat its ass last year hands down.
Onyoursistersback hit it right on the nose. I saw a recent article talking about how bad of release date it is and how it makes no sense. Like Sony became one of the largest consumer electronics corporations on the planet by shooting darts in the dark. Yes. Tax effing season. The second best time after Christmas season. A time for Americans to buy frivolous items with their federal tax prize.
I vote for the lower price point. To me it's not about $3, it's about the simple fact that there's no real good reason, unless you count the PR bullshit explanation, that this should cost more on PSN than XBLA. If they were extra content, or it was a more beefed up version then okay. Otherwise it's just bullshit
Not to say that there were no valid points in this article, but it just kills me how these articles with sensationalized titles that were made to create a knee jerk rubberneck reaction keep finding their way in the top spot. Works every damn time. Stop giving the hits and lending credibility to these kind of troll title articles N4G members. And maybe then they will go away.
If anything other than Star Wars is the Star Wars of video games, my vote would be for the Mass Effect series
