@Mikeslemonade I won't lie I was pissed about PS+ being required as well. But aslong as the game is using Sony's (or Microsoft's for Live) services and I'm making use of the IGC and the steep discounts on stuff I'd already buy, I can justify it.
Honest question, how are you ok with having to pay to play the "Free" to play games or even worse, one that has a separate subscription like ESO? As far as I'm aware they use their own services and not Microsofts.
Can't wait for this game to come out!
This. Right here. Indie games are awesome as impulse buys when you are low on things to play. Just need something to fill a month gap between two huge releases? Do you go and drop $60 on another AAA that you don't know is any good or not, or do you drop $10 on the indie that might not last you much more than a month, but it's really all you need!
Child of Light isn't indie :/
No.
Amazon has them in stock right now.
@zod18
Eh, they only really seem like they could be spoilers because you (and I) have already played through the game and therefore we have context on what is actually happening each scene. Without context it's really hard to discern what is going on and whether or not it's really a big deal plot wise.
Don't worry about the video clip, it is just a reworking of one of the old trailers you've probably seen a million times by now :)
$40 for the basic game reworked, and $20 for all the DLC equalssss *wait for it*.... $60. Bam! Try harder.
Edit: @Lior, not you Deadmanshand, I agree with you.
A good way to solve this would be for Nintendo to implement party chat (if they don't have it already, I don't have a Wii-U so I'm not 100% on that). This way you are only really talking to the people you want to talk to, and the games are free of obnoxious asshats.
This is one thing I always miss when I play games that aren't SOCOM. And the animations were hilarious!
1)Zelda: Ocarina of Time
2)Dark Souls
3)The Last of Us
4)Socom 2
5)Call of Duty 4
As much as Id love a sequel to really any of the games these guys have put out so far. They are such a creative team that I'd love to see them keep pumping out new IPs.
Then you should have directed your article at the launch of ANY console. No console yet has had a stellar launch lineup that never slowed down. You started the comparison game yourself by singling out just one console.
The UI on the PC is so complicated I have no idea how they would ever be able to do it on the console. Though I would also welcome this if they could figure out a way.
Yeah it prevents the invader from doing things like camping on top of a ladder that you have no choice but to climb to progress. I think it's a great addition as well.
I was thinking the exact same thing. A new Frontline would be sweet.
Thank you, I love when people try and tell me the Xbox sticks are more natural. You're hands are not asymmetrical...stop it. The thing about the dualshocks 1-3 that make it uncomfortable for people isn't that the sticks are right next to each other, it's that they we're too close to the center of the controller and needed to be put further apart, towards the edge (see PS4's controller). That extra bit of space really helps!
Maybe even a legitimately good Spyro game?
