I have both and the WiiU version is just as good as the Switch port. In fact, it had me second-guessing my decision to buy a Switch at launch to play BoTW when I already had the WiiU.

Get it from GOG. CDPR owns and operates GOG, so every penny spent goes to support them. Plus, you can always import 2077 into your Steam library later if you want. Best of all, the GOG version is DRM-FREE!
ETA: you don't need the GOG Galaxy client to download the game, either.
