I swear, the only competent people at Xbox are the hardware engineers. The BC performance, controller design, expandable storage solutions, and damn near silent fans during operation all work to make the Series X a great console.
I immediately recalled when they shut down Japan Studio. I don’t understand why any studio would agree to be acquired by Sony, EA, or Microsoft with their history of studio closures.

It IS. I was going to pick up both Hitman and Yakuza at launch but cancelled my pre-orders when I learned they were on GKCs.
Xbox's downslide started with the Kinect. PlayStation 3 was still playing catch-up in 2010. They could've ruled the market but they decided they wanted that "Blue Ocean" money instead. Ignored their core audience that made them who they were.
Most good things in life are ruined by greed or stupidity. I often find that the two are closely intertwined. See: Xbox One.
