Quake is old. If third party developers believe that not putting in more effort to make their game also great on the PS3 well they are making a big mistake. GT5pro is a pretty awesome game. to save on sapce you can simply delete data of games that you are no longer playing from the PS3s Game Data Utility folder and as its Save Data utility folder as well. A lot of games accumulate data on the PS3s hdd over time i have seen up to 5gigs being stored for one game. You will have extra space after deleting the ones that you no longer want to play. Really EDGE is my least favorite but they were not the only ones saying great things about MGS4. So for them to be saying such wonderful things and it's based off of them actually playing around with the game means Sony has a hit on their hands. I hope they pump dollars into advertising the hell out of this game. It will a great farewell to Snake and maybe a welcome of new characters.
Netflix + Blu-ray = Great viewing. Three blu-ray disk out at a time or dvds for only $17.99 a month plus unlimited video viewing is way better than Apple or any pay to watch carrier right now. You would be crazy to pump all your money into online downloads for movies. They are not true hi-def. For now it is cheaper to rent blu-ray discs. You get more more for your dollar in quality.
P.S. 1080p is really hi-def on steroids. Greatest quality out there right now.
Bought mine from ebay. Japan imports. Paid less than what Gamestop and other local places. Works perfect. Silver, white and black are available. I am not sure if they are going to sell any other color but black for the American PS3. Anyway once you get one you will love it. Now the PS3 is complete bring on the games Sony.
You should not have wasted character bits writing this response. We all know that the PSP graphics is better, but they do not have a greater variety of interesting games like the DS especially with the extra touch screen function. That dude was just probably kidding around. PSP will get great looking games and hi-tech extra features like skype, navigation, digital tv tuner and camera function. But the DS just has more interesting games. Its just a gamers preference.
The battery is good. Which is surprising. But i must say once you get this in your hands there is no looking back. RFOM was like a whole new game to me when i played it over. Damn its good to have rumble back.

there is no doubt in my mind the SP3 COD4 version is way better than the xbox360s. I have seen both. PS3 own accesses online very quickly and at most times has consistent online play, especially with the latest firmware update 2.17 it even plays much better than before.

We all know that with a firmware upgrade the PS3 can become a fully certified Divx player. I probably will since Home will have video playback and streaming. Plus PS3 is still the best all round entertainment device to buy especially right now with what this economy is facing.
Kojima better be joking. I am computer student and i have looked at the cell design. It is very powerful and crunching numbers. I think the GPU however might not be powerful enough. Most of you by now have played Uncharted, COD4 and Ratchet and Clank so if MGS4 comes out looking better than these games then there is no need to worry.
