Well to me it was;
Xbox 360: Gears 2, Fable 2, L4D
PS3: MGS4, R2, LBP, GT5P. And yea...
I personally thought that Xbox 360 and PS3 both had a great year. Both had their downs (Haze for PS3, and Last Remnant for 360) but overall it was great.
Yea, Gears is freaking awesome but its the only game that I am interested in for the xbox 360 console. I got over Halo when Halo 3 came out because that was kind of disappointing. The only other game that I am interested in is Alan Wake and god knows when the hell that is going to come.
Only 3 reasons? LOL.

Like I said, sales dont matter to me. Personally, this game is pretty addicting once you get into it.

I personally dont care if KZ2 doesnt sell well. As of matter of fact I wouldnt care if it got a 50 on meta. All I care is about getting this game and playing it. Only fanboys care about sales and scores (well most of them).

I had the beta, played it till the end, and all I can say is this game is one of the best freaking FPS game I have ever played PERIOD.
Many people are too worried about the game play; looking to dull and boring. Well they are wrong. Watching and playing are two different things, and when you are playing, KZ2 is definitely a true FPS game.

Yea, I have heard that KZ2 is getting support from Santa Monica studio, which usually creates graphically impressive games, hence the reason why KZ2 looks so damn good. GoW3 is being made by Santa Monica so imagine what that would be like, holy sh!t.
Yea, this is getting out of hands. MS is doing great with the Xbox 360. They are doing excellent this holiday season. Although it may seem that the xbox does not have as much as exclusives as the playstation 3, which is true, I bet MS will announce more exclusive games later down the line, but still not as massive as the PS3 exclusives, just saying.

But wow. Uncharted:DF is still one of the best looking games. I cant imagine how Uncharted 2 will do. It may even possibly look on par with Killzone 2!
