Those honestly wore me out. TLOU was a great game remastered, we get it...I'd rather play it than read about it.
If success, ownage, and greatness smell like a BS article, then I guess it's on the mark....
Soooo, no current gen port I take it? Wonder why they missed that boat.
He's got a point. I thought this was an odd choice for Dlc content when Nintendo can pull so much from the nostalgia vault.
I played maybe 20 mins of the pc version and about 80 hours on my 360. Console version wins, hands down. I never would have believed how fluid the game can be without kb/m. The couch co-op adds a nice dynamic as well. Truly worthy of the high praise.
The Wii U is far from Portable, and yet not as powerful as the other consoles. Its kind of an in-betweener device. I wish they would have untethered the tablet for play, but oh well...
I really dont know how they could possibly improve the 3DS. That unit is solid gold in my humble opinion.
If its a Timed Exclusive then its a great marketing strategy. Hit up the Xbox folk first, hopefully get some new gamers on the bandwagon, and then wait about....6 months for a re-release. Gamers have short memories and will gladly buy it on PS4 or PC rather than take a moral stand.
Crystal would be going from making a questionable decision to outright suicide if they leaked the timed exclusive date. Gamers would freak out less at the prospect it MIGHT be a timed exclusive, rather than it being a GUARANTEED timed exclusive. Imagine if Rockstar did the same with GTAV? Say it was a "timed exclusive" on 360 or ps3. Nobody would double dip and pay for the same game twice. However if they wait a year, people forget, and boom! We buy 2 copies of the same game. ...
I couldnt care less about this being a timed exclusive. Until it hits the Steam Sale, I doubt this will even be on my radar.
I used to play these types of games on my Nintendo DS. I would really like if they rallied for a comeback. These games are built perfect for portability and stylus-action. Im not sure if console controls would translate well. Diablo 3 proved me wrong about my keyboard/Mouse assumptions on console though.
Pfffft!! What about PS4 release?!?!?
I kid, I kid. I like the Tycoon franchises. I always wanted to be the boss and these games scratch that itch nicely.
Stupid title is Stupid...
Summons, here is the deal; I own an Nvidia Shield which is a portable android device that plays Pc and Android games. So for me, this would be the best idea ever. I play GTA:SA, GTA 3, the Conduit, and Half Life 2 with full controls and portability. So for me, this port gets me excited that perhaps it will go from IOS to Android. The point Im trying to make is that the Shield kicks ass, and it has great controls, so the more portable games for me, the better!
I would kill every person on the Internet if Batman didn't go multi-plat or PC.
Is Tomb Raider really that great that people are frothing at the mouth? I never played the last one, nor heard much hype about it, so Im confused why everyone is freaking out.
Eek, Im not a fan of the White unit. All my electronics are predominantly black, and I dont consider my X1 a conversation piece.
I don't follow how this is bad for Bioshock. It's simply releasing the game on another platform and generating revenue from a new user base. Maybe they will eventually release it for vita of the demand is high enough.
Personally I think it's a great way to get cash trickling in from an old IP.
My backlog is so massive that I have no interest in what's on the horizon. I avoid greenlight and early access until it goes gold. AAA publishers have a hard enough time getting complete games out the door, so I can imagine smaller publishers have the same issues.
2 things will happen when it comes to the PC version:
- it won't actually come to pc :(
- it won't come to PC until well after the hype and popularity of the game is pretty much over. Personally, I wait for Steam sales, but I can see how this might hamper sales on Pc rather than release alongside consoles.
