1) smart phones have no impact on dedicated system game or hardware sales. Thats a fact.
2) The 3ds is set to out do the ds fiscally in its first year (number 1 worldwide for 8 weeks, number 1 in japan for 4 months)

First of all the second stick is completely optional and in the case of tri G the game is perfect without it according to most hands on. Even improving on the wii game in every aspect, like shadowing, load times, ect.
