Even EA said its dd sales only account for 20 percent. 80 percent come from physical sales. That wont change
And on the pc it hasnt happened. More games are sold through dd, but more money is made through physical pc game sales because all the dd games on the pc are sold at extreme discounts

Not really because the phone isnt competing with the 3ds, or even the psp2 (the actual playstation branding, and next real gaming handheld for sony). Both the 3ds and psp2 will be amazing dedicated handhelds.
Its competing with other smartphones in a market thats getting over saturated. Its why the windows phone hasnt sold very much. And really only 28 percent of cellphone carriers actually use smartphones.
The 3ds and the psp2 are the only handhelds to care about for gaming purposes.
