the 3ds is going to be the leader in handheld gaming. The 3ds has already sold out in japan on preorders alone. And the US is pretty close.
Dedicated handhelds have never been this popular or have made this much money.
The 3ds and psp2 compete against each other. The smartphones are multimedia devices which have shallow games.
