Would just like to point out it was announced live during Quakecon 2012 as a surprise , so obviously anyone not watching the steam or attending would not have known lol , still a nice surprise I guess , maybe it will suddenly appear on PSN one day lol.
Thanks ill check it out soon + bookmark it, found a better fps capper which solves most of the problem , bascially a none issue now as it was mainly fluctations above 60fps even with vsync on.

Any of them help with input lag ? , Getting a fair amount in certain areas :(

You answered your own question , more research = time & delays , failing to acknowledge that is nothing short of irrational & is not logical in any sense.
However Bethesda had no right releasing the game in the condition it was in and should have delayed the PS3 version if it had these problems, till it was read...
