Really don't think Sony would want to miss the Christmas buying season. I see the PS4 and 720 releasing only a few weeks apart. No one wants the other to get the upper hand.

Standard response. Even if the PS4 is coming out next year they would still want consumers in the dark in order for them to keep buying this gen's games.
Don't rip on Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale. That is shaping up to be on hell of a game. It's really addictive and fun.

I dont get this whole racing to prestige thing. What I'm going to do is go through the campaign, then zombies, the multiplayer.
I never prestige in COD. Once I get to the highest level with all guns why the heck would i want to throw that away for a virtual emblem?
