This scene from IT made a good comparison.

graf must have had a fun time setting up his make.conf and package.keywords just so the packages can compile without breaking. Shit-fucker.
IANAL
I can see the Court issuing a warrant for his arrest through Interpol. To make matters worse, O' Georgie boy here should get slapped with perjury, contempt of court (both are misdemeanors), fraud, damaging and destroying of evidence (which are federal if I'm not mistaken).
I also dedicate this song to Boy George.

In the case of Naughty Bear. Fun in theory, but poorly executed, very poorly executed. Besides this is how Naughty Bear should have been like.

That video was so disgusting. It made me throw-up, literally. Damn stomach flu.
I love a good mystery.
I forgot to mention that those patents were filed back in 2006.
Still the European Court had to look at the patents in questions to see if they are indeed valid. This also raises a very good question. Why did LG only target the PS3, and not include the standalone players as well in the suit? This is really puzzling to me, and it looks like we may never now the answer. Just to add our own theories and speculation on the matter.
You guys are probably wondering how Sony won this. The patents in question regarding the PS3 are 3 bogus software patents and 1 hardware. This is probably what caused the ban to be lifted.

You have it all wrong. Apparently you don't know the difference between a Kibibyte and a Kilobyte.
Kibibytes (Kb) use 2 base (1 Kibibyte = 1024 bytes) and Kilobyte (KB) use 10 base. Hard-drive manufactures use Kilobytes to sell their hard-drives. When the Operating System report your drive space with Kibibytes. This is why it appears the drive has less space than it does when it formatted.
The nightmare I experienced this morning had more gore than this game, and it scared the living shit out of me on top of that.
Since people are having a hard time comprehending this article do to the idiots at joystick, and as it has been stated before in this forum. These are the PSN Market Statistics. Let me break it down for those who lack comprehension and reason.
Sony has reported that more than 41M consoles. Which is greater than 80 percent of the consoles sold has signed up and used the PSN services that are provided to the consumer.
Now stop with the sales bickering and discu...
I have to buy this game.
Me want, me want.

Sorry if I miss read your post. I am tired right now thanks to insomnia.
My point of view of bias is that a lot of reviews, articles, and editorials give off a negative vibe about the PS3 and it place in the market. Quite a few of them come off really distasteful and unprofessional as these seem to attack the company, its games and services, and fan base. You can tell on how bias the piece is by its tone.
For example, Many of the GT5...

Bias can mean a number of things. Go look them up.

Nice insinuation that I play Black Ops. The only COD game I played was 4, and I thought it was lack luster with nothing special about it.
Even though I don't know anything about the lore of Killzone. The only thing I deduced was that the Helghast was being oppressed and pushed into a corner by the ISA, and the Helghast decided to fight back. Other ...
Two can play that game.
Nerd Rage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No 85 is not a bad average. The way I see it is that the majority don't have a problem with the score per-say. It was the reviews themselves. Especially since they were incomplete and extremely bias. This was the case with Gamespot, IGN, et. al.
Am I the only one who thinks that the PS3/PC version of the game was sabotaged from the begining, or am I just crazy with that notion.
That will be the job of the FBI in the US, Scotland Yard in the UK, and State Police for member countries in EU. DDos attacks is a federal crime and it can net the perpetrator up to 10 years of "pound you in the ass prison" in the US.
