Vita sells 72k. Over 200k less than last week.
If we remember the 3DS launch...

210k in its first full week.
Vita did 321k in 2 days.

Especially when 1 of them is a Monster Hunter game, the franchise that practically kept the PSP alive for a few years.

The 3DS had sold 3 million at the beginning of this month in Japan, and now its sold over 4 million.
That 1 million units in less than a month, just in Japan.
