I think the game should of stayed a cheap psn store indie game download. The moment they bumped up the price to a triple AAA game and gave it a physical release, people and critics expected more and rightfully so.
I'm still getting the game, just not at prices they are charging. I'll wait for price drops.

@duval Scorpio is a new gen console, it's comes out in 2 18 months time and next gen ps5 will be out probably 2 years after that, are you saying MS will release yet another console so soon after Scorpio to be its next gen? Nah Scorpio is it.

The writer shouldn't be comparing them. PS4k or neo is just a mid gen upgrade. Scorpio is a brand new next gen console started very early, is going to be a very expensive high end console to compete with high end PC gaming.
Who said anything about building one yourself. You can buy a gaming PC cheap now. Plenty of ebay vendors that do already built gaming PC's very cheap.
And just like that, the reason to buy a Xbox or future Scorpio is gone. Crazy move.

People have rightly said it will be expensive and MS is starting next gen early which will hit sales of the Xbox one. Don't confuse questions and criticism with bashing. Sony saying interesting is their professional way of saying wrong move.
That's exactly right. PS neo is just an upgraded ps4 while Scorpio is a brand new next gen console, MS have basically admitted the Xbox one is a lost cause and moving quickly to next gen. Problem is PS5 will probably be out 2 years after Scorpio and have much better specs.
Not a chance it will be $400 lol with those specs unless MS take a big loss. Be lucky to be $600 at launch.
And the cost of this thing? It's basically a premium edition of the Xbox one, ott with the specs that will force it to have a very high price tag just to play upgraded Xbox one games.
I don't see Sony matching those specs, it simply isn't needed for what you need to play vr and 4k.
