Just did my vote thing, and noticed a lot of biased results on there. Sure, PS3 provided a ton this year, but there are some people REALLY screwing up the votes. Batman: AA is the best Super Hero AND Surprise G.O.T.Y (Not inFAMOUS). Also, FORZA 3 is the racing G.O.T.Y. (Not their fault GT5 did not come out yet). Although I believe that Uncharted 2 is G.O.T.Y., Modern Warfare 2 should have received a ton more votes for best original score.

Release a Modern Warfare 2 bundle with the MS2 game, ONLY 1 controller, a HDMI cable, and 3 MO XBL card for $349.99. I know they sold well, but this would have helped them move more hardware.
I am a Sony fan, but still want people to be happy with their gaming choices. (In the end, I'm a gaming fan) Also, a bundle with DJ Hero would have been good as well. All in all, I saw a ODST bundle, Target had a $50 gift card bundle, and multiple stores gave out 360 games too. MS did good. ...
I don't need to be a fanboys about this, all the systems have perks to them. I will focus on answering this question without bashing another console.

-Cross game chat is coming
-no $50 fee, just to look at Netflicks. (Can't look at NF with XB silver membership....have to have gold.)

I do like the system, but I admit that I am a Sony Playstation customer. The 360 (and Wii) are both great consoles to play on, but I see that the PS3 gives out so much more..in terms of games, multi-media, and most of all, Sony has a track record of not dropping support for past units. I got burned with the 1st Xbox in that: When I bought it (For Halo 2) in 2005, MS stopped making games in 2006. (DAMN, I wasted over $200 dollars....and experiencing that, I decided to wait on the PS3.)

Sony is Japan, so the 360 really never had a fighting chance. The only reason they sell from time to time....is because the PS3 is always out of stock over there.
I got the PS3 version of MW 2, and know that DLC is mainly because the Xbox 360's DVD-9 issue. (Meaning, the Format is too small for most of the newer games, therefore...it will take multiple disk.) My complaint is the DLC being used to mask the content that should have already been most of the se types of games. (You know, like Forza 3, GTA 4, and Halo:ODST) IW will release DLC that most likely is ALREADY COMPLETED, and most REAL gamers know this is to get more cash. Whatever excuses IW/MS w...
The Sony Ps3 was always the best choice for gamers. There is (AND NEVER WAS!) a justifiable reason to charge $50 bucks for online play. also, the extras needed to your 360 was a "Rip Off" from MS.

All I care about is playing games online....the othe stuff is not for me. I don't care about Twitter, Facrbook, Myspace, or Netflicks/Tv show downloads. (I go to the theater or movie store...because I'm not lazy.) People forget about the social impact of talking versus Text, going to the movie rental place versus downloading, and playing games online versus by yourself.

hopefully, this new game type is a focused attack on "Campers" and people that do nothing but look for game exploits. Although I LOVE these types of people...(It keeps me motivated and never getting that feeling of boredom.) It does take the fun out of the game. I'm not saying that people should play these console shooters like Quake, Unreal, Counter Strike, or Doom...but the hiding/camping is very lame.
