As I recall the SAD Xbox was going to be cheap with reports of $99 to $150 but that was not the case when the thing released. IMO cheap for a next gen Xbox would be $250 maybe $300 that would be cheap but its more likely to be $400usd and IMO that's not cheap at all.

You make a good point. I don't care for either FPS Halo or Gears and I've spent plenty of time in both over the years but neither does it for me but as you say it does "resonate" with many others. But I do like to get me FPS fix in some Call of Duty and as it turns out many others do the same. I'm not so sure your right considering how long the Xbox One has been out and the focus they've put on it when no one wants the thing. Clearly Microsoft can focus on something like VR lets look at what has been the Xbox One. XBO released back in 2013 and no one ask for it and really no one purchased the thing so what did Microsoft do? They double down on it and release the XBO S and to no surprise no one wanted that. Yes streaming is garbage as you say but you really gonna pay good money to play average games on the new Microsoft console? The best way to play the Xbox games would be on a old garbage PC, laptop, IPad or anything you can stream garbage on cause paying good money to play what Microsoft has to offer is just dumb. Maybe steal a old Xbox One and use the Xbox rental service would work.
Millions and millions paid and pay Microsoft and Sony around $10 every month for PS Plus and Xbox Live so I don't think the $10 monthly fee will be a Google Stadia issue for anyone. Gamers need to let Google launch their service give it a few months and see where they go with it. Google may do great things with it and it may flop but we should give it time and if your not gonna jump in when they launch enjoy the show it should be entertaining.
Games like GTA, Call of Duty, FIFA, Madden, Red Dead Redemption and a long list of other multiplatform games will no time soon release on Xbox GP on their release date and to play those games on any Xbox you'll still be paying the same $60 plus the Xbox Live fee so it's pretty much the same as the Google Stadia gamer. Now if you only game on the Xbox Box GamePass rental service your limited to what Microsoft wants you to play and why would anyone do that? Now i'm not judging you...
Facts based on??? I'll give you the best 4k console but there are only 2 4k consoles and both fall woefully short of the best 4k gaming. Other than that who's opinion we using for "the best racing game and best value gaming subscription service"?
Let's wait till the reviews are all in and see if its a game that's broken on release or even if its a game worth playing and then give it a year or so EA and Respan can put in the MTX's then we'll see if EA and Respawn deserves a attaboy pat on the back......... I doubt they will.

Let's not forget that Microsoft as a company was literally born through theft so is this really a surprise? IMO Microsoft has been ripping off the Xbox One gamer by gladly taking their money for 6yrs while doing nothing to provide the Xbox gamer with content worthy of the good money that they paid.
