It doesn't matter what you're using when the game is programmed to not have the water move around like Driveclub does.
The water beads up on the windshield and doesn't move left and right like Driveclub does. That's what makes it look real.

Driveclub water is physics based when turning while the Cars water is static on windshield.
Obviously not a decision maker, but the water in Driveclub looks far more realistic.
Both look fun but the new Project Cars game does have better graphics and gameplay.
