Theres actually a real and reliable review for GT5 atop the linked page. Great review that actually compliments the visuals and gameplay while faulting the game for things other than hype. Im suprised they had such a great review.
Great stuff! I can remember being 11 or 12 years old and pumping quarters into the Rush N Attack machine every day. Used to love the 2 player aspect. And let's not forget the awesome, white Bazooka-like weapon. What a truly fun game back in the day.

No it isn't bad at all. What it is, is par for a Kinect game. Evidently Kinect mini games with maybe 10 hours of content are just as good and enjoyable as GT5. I'm not buying it. No way. Just play GT5 and see! It's insulting to not give this jewel a 10.

Why do Kinect mini games get a free pass at good scores? They're clearly novelty games made with no TLC. The review industry is worse than heavyweight boxing. It's completely spoiled and tainted and as reliable as a 3 legged mule.

Some can be trusted, some cannot. The reviews that aren't scoring the game on all of its components cannot be trusted. The reviews that are rushed after an hour of play are silly. EVERY game has to be given a chance. Even this game. All games are to be graded according to the same standards. GT5 having more hype should not translate to a harsher scale.
I have not yet played this game, but from the reviews thus far, I would say the game lives in the realm of a solid 8.5
