That's way too harsh. This is like Shadow Fall getting a 5.
A 5 is for a game which is awful. This game may be repetitive, but it is visually terrific and looks very fun, even if only for a little while.

Yes. The title clearly states cold boot.
The OS is huge so a minute is normal.
PS4 OS is bare bones and its only 20 seconds or less from cold boot
Of course the initial boot is longer. The OS is more than twice the size of ps4.
