Im buying the PS Phone and not the PSP 2. See how you failed there?
Why the hell wud i wanna carry a handheld gaming console aswell as a phone? my pockets will be too full. I'd rather one that can have both. Hence the Ps Phone will be my next phone.
non gamer? dude im a gamer an im buying the Ps Phone to replace my iphone. I dont want a psp 2. some of us are not interested in a dedicated handheld gaming unit. I want my device to be a phone an a gaming unit. The PSP 2 an 3DS are not capable of that so i dont want em.
LOL why would the PSP 2 OS be based off Android? Its not a Phone. Its going to use the Same OS as the PSP and PS3.
The PS Phone (Xperia Play) is a completely different device which is an Android phone. Which i'll be buying day one.

I own all consoles an a gaming PC rig. I dont own any Handheld consoles. Not really for me. I'd rather my iPhone 4 soon to be replaced with the PS Phone. Thats a Sony product.. so am i still a nintendo fanboy?
But One Question. Please name Once when Sony has released a Cheaper Console than its Competitors at Launch, then i'll gladly stop typing.

Nintendo never Overprice their products. To be honest they are the only company giving Good prices for their products at launch.
Sony PSP 2 will no doubt cost more at launch than the 3DS.
The 3DS will be priced at £199. Mark my words on that.
I agree. But i take somet things into factor. Such as the Fan base the DS has developed and which out of Nintendo and Sony is the most popular Handheld Brand. Then I take a look at history Sony products always priced higher than Nintendo products An i'm 100% sure that will not change.
Then I take a look at the 'WOW' factor. The 3DS is bringing Autostereoscopic 3D to those screens. Its a big deal.
I cant judge the PSP 2 its not been announced yet ...
The Architecture of Dedicated gaming handhelds and Phones/PC for example are totally different. For example the PSP runs 2x 233 MHZ processors with 64mb Ram and plays great PSP Games. The iPhone 4 using 1ghz processor with 512mb Ram cannot run those PSP games and at best will be sluggish with framerate issues.
This is cause the GPU/Core Processor Architecture is completely Different.
I like the look of the WP7 UI. would prefer that over my ios UI on my iPhone 4.
An a WP7 was going to be my next phone but alas it was not meant to be. Ever since i saw the PS Phone a smartphone with a slideout Playstation pad. Its total Win even if it dont play PS games. Running emulators on it is Total win. Emulators + Buttons = Perfection.
PSP 2. I'd say rather than worrying bout specs and launch games.... Worry bout the Launch Price. That is Sony's biggest problem right thurrrr.

I know for sure that I will buy the PS Phone to replace my iPhone 4. Having actual buttons to game on my phone with is just Perfect for me. I can only imagine playing my SNES, Nes, Genesis, N64 etc emulators on this device. It almost brings a tear to my eye. Seeing as this PS Phone is on Android all those emulators are ready for download! :)
