Blizzard have been real cool about it. An its completely understandable for Blizzard to take action over the use of the name 'World of Starcraft' or 'Starcraft MMO' Anyone who doesnt realize that, is an R-Tard.

I hope your wrong tho, i fear it might be delayed to 2012 but Starcraft 2 expansion is in 2012 so blizz will have to release Diablo 3 this year. I think it will have a Winter release this year.
