The difference is not seen on the consoles. Other then the addition of jets.
For PC owners battlefield was 64-128 player games on huge maps that had jets, helis, tanks an boats etc. Bad company was built for the consoles with low player counts an far smaller maps an no jets.

I currently own an Xperia Play cause of the hardware buttons for my emulators. But i had an iPhone 4 and even til now I'm aware that the quality of the iOs user experience certainly is far above and beyond Android.
I wish i could combine the IOS software with my phone hardware. I reckognise that IOS is just a better user experience its very slick and quality. You hardly ever experience problems with IOS.

BF3 has open huge maps with Destructible environment and vechiles for land, air and water. All this going at the same time is why the graphics had to be toned down on consoles.

More 'accessible' doesn't mean you should strip the game of the depth it had. See Gears 3 compared to Gears 2 and 1. Then compare Assasins Creed 2 to 1. These devs are working hard to expand and make their games Bigger and better. Not just 'more accessible'

To be hoenst, I think Origin is pretty cool, worked great when I was playing beta. I don't intend on buying any games from Origin cause Game (UK) online does way better prices so all my pre-orders are there.
