You guys just don't realize a smartphone is a PHONE. the vita is NOT A PHONE. This is why Smartphones can sell at £500 minus a contract or free on contract for £40 per month which includes my free calls to other t-mob and 900mins to other networks, unlimited internet and 600 txts on my iPhone 4s.

With 10mil plus subs i think not. Add every paid sub mmo together an they still wont reach WoW numbers. And people forget they have a new expansion this year that brings a whole new class. So subs will fly up. I certainly will be quittin swtor even before that xpac.
No doubt im sure Swtor will get better over time an smooth out and get better features but i doubt its subs will rise by that time. So i think it will stay afloat and wont have to resort to a F2P model. But it wont ever topple WoW numbers thats for sure. With growing competition from new mmos not to mention Blizzard has another mmo to unravel. Project Titan.
Yeah for WoW it was a solid game that got huge numbers by word of mouth. Swtor couldnt reach that as even as i play it. Its still far behind wow in terms of skill cap, gameplay, feature-wise, UI, add ons etc. i could go on.
With the likes of Guild Wars 2 lookin to really push the genre to a whole new level swtor would look bad for a 2011/12 MMO. People love to compare swtor of today to WoW of 2004 when today you have better technology an far more knowledge so its no excuse t...

But not the highest subscription based MMO in history which is what really matters. WoW grew to great numbers by word of mouth about how good and fun it was. Swtor however once u reach end game u realize how shallow it becomes and word of mouth will be droppin the subs of swtor soon enough.
Im playin 50 marauder an 43 assassin and im already feelin burnt out cant wait for Diablo 3 and Guild Wars 2. They look thousand times better gameplay wise.
If they bring that next gen Zelda shown in the tech demo then i will buy the Wii U.

Im playing swtor at the minute lvl 44 marauder and lvl 40 assassin. And as someone who has been playin WoW since launch i can tell you that WoW is still easily the better game. Gameplay wise combat and technical wise far more polished better UI and having access to addons and macros is really important. These things swtor need to work on tho it is a good game. I will play swtor to end game but i know ill be returning to wow for the new xpac.

No. Pay 2 play is fine if your game is good enough. For example the classic mmo Ultima Online is still pay to play after all these years. The realm online considered one of the first Ever mmos still P2P.

Im confident that Blizzard will deliver, so take your time i want a smooth playable game at launch. Im still enjoyin Swtor atm so i dont mind waiting longer for a well polished Diablo 3.

You can keep dreaming bro. Is it not clear to you that its never going to happen? With the ram restriction on the ps3 i doubt they would ever want to squeeze their game on it. They will do just fine on PC cause Guild Wars 2 looks like the best up and coming MMO and looks to trump SWTOR and TERA.
Hmm.. I'm waiting to see a price drop and further more I want more interesting games. I'm not into Uncharted so I want a God of War or a Call of Duty game on the go would be awesome. Tho I don't play COD at home, im a BF3 kinda guy on my PC.
Does anyone know if the Vita can play PS2 games or PSP games that are on the PSN NEtwork if this is confirmed then i'll buy this device for certain.
