I don't what you're talking about. Steam machines are utterly useless. PC owners like me won't get one. Console only players won't get one. Who is it marketed at?
I do intend on gettin a ps4 when there's a better library of exclusives cause my PC is home for multiplats.

I won't be geting a PS4 until late 2014 or early 2015. When the game library has expanded an when the better deals show up. My PC is all i need for the games coming out soon - Reaper of Souls, Wildstar, Watch Dogs etc.

For one games like WoW & Diablo 3 prove that PC players are willing pay happily for great games.
Also Most people that want GTA 5 on PC will be playing it online so they have to go through Rockstar servers for that or they can play on emtpy private servers which is pointless.
So GTA 5 on Pc will Sell great for them. And Rockstar already made more than their money back so PC & Next gen is just bonus income for them.

No. MS was trying to stop people from trading unwanted games. Thats taking options away from you. also forcing consumers to be online 24/7. Not everyone connects their consoles to online.
With Steam all games are digital thus not tradeable anyway so they're not taking anything away from customers just giving us further options like letting friends play our library.
