I wouldn't call a sequel to Perfect Dark a "big announcement", but it's Micorosoft so somehow it will become the next big thing since sliced bread and the second coming of Master Chief.
And by the way, do you think Killzone 2 sold poorly? If you do, that means that you don't expect a sequel, and just so you know, Killzone 3 is defenitly coming this gen or tthe next.
Sales do matter, especially for the hardworking devs, but to us gamers, quality should be more important, thats the only thing that me and other people try to get across when others say "Killzone 2 is a flop!".
I remember playing Tekken 5(or 4 don't remember) and it was epic! Yakuza is a beast!

Eventually, I'm sure there will be a game that tops the graphics of Crysis and/or Killzone 2 this gen. Would be incredible.
Regardless, it looks like a pretty good game.
Can the same be said for Gears of War 2 or 3? With GOW1 and 2 it always felt like playing through a 300 style movie with an epic storyline.
Honestly, I played both and there is no way for me to decide which is better. Stats/numbers would tell us Halo 3 is better, but going by that Wiifit would be better than Halo 3.
So...it's a tie, for me at least. Although I think COD6 will blow them both away ;)
MS is going to slam their faces into a giant brick wall trying to appeal to the casual market.
I'm a bit skeptical for several reasons. It is a daring move especially with a media that loves to push devs and games around.
is that it has seemed to wander off of what it was supposed to be. Unless you have clan friends or something along those lines, you will find that Home has many "special individuals".
Apart from that, Home is free and amazing for what it is.
I said that because sales are proof of it, I think it is better to own a PS3 in japan, but here in the states if you can get both you are a lucky gamer. I can't have that luxury and so I miss out on games like Gears of War 2.

as FF7 was for the PS1. I'm just saying I haven't seen a FF game after FF7 as good as ff7 and since this is next gen...you catch my drift?
before preordering ff13. I mean, the last SE games haven't been stellar.
then rented it on my PS3, decent game overall. If the devs learned from their mistakes and take a step forward this game can defenitly be AAA quality unlike its predecessor.
at that power trip trailer I can't hardly wait for Infamous.
Amd by the way, Wiifit is better than Halo 3.
