Their was a NeoGAF source that said MS wasn't even planning for a 2013 release. This was weeks before the Xbone reveal. Their original plan was for 2014 near Christmas. Sony forced their hand with the Feb reveal.
I probably won't get into the story from the start. I'm going to go on a suicidal rampage, and take out hundreds of cops. I'm just being honest.
Yes, but some of his points make sense. I also fear the PS4 has nothing NEW to offer. Not saying X1 has anything new, more or less gimmicky, and I hate gimmicks - which is the reason I hate X1.
But on the PS4 side, I see nothing gimmicky, but I also see nothing special besides MAYBE good exclusives, and better specs. Other than that, it doesn't really revolutionize gaming. The PS4 is more of an Evolution rather than a Revolution.
I maybe wrong, but I real...
Oh snap
MS is more focused on Timed Exclusives rather than first-party ones. Quick money grabs, and market cornering. $25 million just for a GTAIV timed release on X360 for a couple months. That's ridiculous.
PS+ is very impressive. Vastly superior over XBL. But still can't compete with Steam though.

Why not? Prometheus director Ridley Scott was caught posting comments on Prometheus public forums. As so do many developers of games as well. It's a good way to get first-hand insight and feedback from the consumers.
As a PC gamer, this is a sad attempt at elitism.
I had hands-on experience with the OR, playing MINECRAFT - a voxel-based game - at 30fps. And it felt smooth and responsive. I really don't know where you're getting this from.
People still play that game.. ? -_-
Best looking graphics on a current-gen console I've ever seen.

All I care about is Fallout 4.
That is all.

NO DRM, anywhere on the PS4. Did you watch the Sony conference? Were you living under a rock this entire time? What part does NO DRM for PS4 don't you understand?
As for Xbone as well.
Wrong. Most Casuals are not going to get a PS4/Xbone on Day 1 launch. They will wait a year or two for a price drop. You ALWAYS go after the hardcore first to get the console off the ground, then you try to appeal the Casuals.
Spam, dude.
I don't really care for 4k. As long as most games run in 1080p.
Current PCs can't even run 4k all that well, and people expected Consoles to do so. I'm not seeing this happen for another 10 years or so when these TVs become affordable.
Its about time..
Butthurt fanboy much?
Yeah. The Open-world stuff is too much work. Just take the easy route, make less risk, and stick to the sidelines.
As long as the CoD drones get their limited maps, and watered down gameplay, everything will be fine.
