No, FF13 is dead. The worst FF game I've ever played. That little hooker Lightning is an awful representation of a protagonist. They literally had to give her bigger boobs for anyone to have any interest in her.
However, FF15 'looks' promising. But I still won't pass judgement until I have the disc in my hands, and even then so, I will still prepare for disappointment.

Yes, GTA will get a PC release, but don't expect a next-gen version. Expect a ported version with no difference in graphic fidelity over the PS3/X360 a few years from now.

There's nothing special about FF13 that can compete with Skyrim. The last garbage SE released was even worst than the first one. No way will this be any better. The biggest difference between the two is, Skyrim developers actually took risk to create something that would change the genre. FF13 is watered-down, repetitive, and uninspiring horse poop.

Rockstar never re-release GTA games to next-gen consoles.
They always stick to current-gen. You'll probably see a port to next-gen in maybe 4 years, but that's about it. Just take a look at history.
