Sony made sure R* 'forgot' to put on the 360 version.
Microsoft did the same thing with GTA4, by paying $25 million for timed exclusivity.

Besides, most of the 'features' Xbone have, PS3 already has it. So the system isn't really 'next-gen' par say. But my choice this November will be the PC first, Playstation second.
