I hate it when people say the BR discs hold up to 50gb, when there isn't a BR disc on the market that does. They can't figure out how to dual layer it, so it is only 25gb! That's 5gb less than the HD-DVD's 30gb! Sony has really brainwashed a lot of people with this 50gb talk.
...otherwise the 360 won't have any competition! Come on, Sony! I'm glad you're sorta sucking right now, but not this bad! I am even more proud to be a 360 owner, but without competition, it could all go to shiznit.

They are a business, they want to make money. They don't need to just break even, they also have stockholders to please.
Why buy a PS3? Don't, it's not worth it... but it may be in the future. I'm just trying to be unbiased, even though I think the 360 is the best, and the Wii is fun for the family, the PS3 is a rip-off, a piece of crap, but may, one day, be worth the price... MAYBE.
And look at this from a different point of view. The PS3 didn't meet the hype, but who didn't see that coming? Of course it is going to take a while before any of the games are worth paying $600 to play, and of course the PS3 is going to have some kinks. And I love it. No, not because it is a great next-gen console, and I'll definitely be playing my 360 more, but because my wife loves it, her friends love it, and her family loves it (even her mom and critical aunt). That's all from having it one day. Some of her family members came over for tea, but before you know it, we had played Wii Sports, mostly bowling and golf, for over 3 hours. They had a great time. Everyone was laughing and having a good time.

I did get the disc read error once, but it was because I put the disc in the wrong way. That would be funny if this guy doesn't know how to put the disc in and has no ability to learn. That, or somebody took the pic to discredit Nintendo maybe? Then again, it is not unheard of for a console launch to see its share of mishaps.
