I'm guessing the majority of people who like this idea aren't history buffs. WWI just didn't have the "pizaz" WW2 or Vietnam had as far as non modern wars go that would make for an enjoyable gaming experience. Its the same reason there aren't any major Civil or Revolutionary war games that have had huge fan bases. I don't think this would be a good move. WWII or bust.
I've solved this whole "console war" issue by owning both. I also have a gaming PC. If you are a true gamer there is no war. Its just what ever system your buddies are getting a game on lol.
Hmmm, that means it would have to go up against the original R6 series, the Vegas additions, the GOOD Splinter Cell games, and the amazing GRAW games. I'm not saying it can't be the best, but I'm saying it has some Shaq sized shoes to fill.

Have you read anything about this game??? This is a RPG first and foremost.
90% of the time my game doesn't drop below 60fps. I run it with a 970 and have the optimized launch setting enabled. Maybe play it and find out for your self?

Are people complaining about graphics downgrades only buying this on console? As far as I know the PC version is going to look fantastic no matter what so I guess i'm not worried.

Im not in the least bit sure how you could even remotely think this game plays anything like counter strike. This is the closest thing to a true rainbow six feeling I've gotten since R6:3.
Is the film grain effect the game has going to be in the final version? I really think it takes away from the overall appearance of the game.

Please disable collision online. It's constantly a wreck fast on console racers because of this.
Yeah the drifting mechanic looks really overdone.
The game looks really good. The only thing I'm hopin for is realistic control settings for the cars because this insta drifting thing looks kinda cheesy.
