I really dont know how you try to defend this as an honest paying customer. This is just bad business.
June is far away. Where's the "huge" patch DICE keeps talking on and on about
starhawk, diablo 3 (may even build a new rig for this), borderlands2 and gta5 (if it comes out)
A great place to go Ubisoft. So many historical events to explore in the American Revolution.
However, its not a huge jump in time from the Renaissance to the American Revolution, roughly a century and a half... was expecting modern times. Regardless, a great time setting.
I'm gonna disagree, the KH (the main series 1 & 2) had great story lines. If you couldnt follow, I'd have to question your literacy skills. RPG elements were so-so, I wish you could dictate where your stats went instead of having it be automated, there could be more weapons. More importantly KH3 has to be announced, its been far too long.
hmm, i thought the wraith was pretty useless in r2. i took them down with carbines second ability + grenade. Besides these guys stood out like a sore thumb in R2, most people had the decency to take the idiots who flash the shields.
perfect balance is probably never gonna exist, but you can definetly get close to it. KZ2 had some great balance, except that aiming down sights with the ISA rifle was as good as hip firing >.>.
BF3, aside USAS with frags is pretty balance, i would even argue that sniper rifles have it the worse in BF3. R2 was good as well, I didnt see too many people with the Wraith. I used to take them down easily with the carbine (my personal favorite).
COD in gen...
but aoe3, just didnt feel like aoe anymore.. they dumbed it down..
over time you'll spend more on the 3G one. especially with those ridiculous rates, and unreliable AT&T service.
my favorite rts.
although it looks fake, i mean the indian castle looks like a mongol castle...
in reality, an average sniper rifle weights ~25 pounds. Don't think you'll do much quickscoping
depends if the milk is good. unless its complete recycle like the yearly COD games.
Is it milked, yea. Doesn't mean the games are bad though. Story is engaging and takes place in historical events. Gameplay wise, there needs to more emphasis on stealth gameplay.. after all you're an assassin.
does anyone feel that there are way too many buttons?
moreover it feels a little more faster paced.. i die so quick, or do i just suck? (havent played TM since TM4)
When used games cease to exist for future consoles, i will stop playing. I dont support morons who think they are above used markets and want to double dip.
great cgi trailer
i hope its not a borefest like far cry 2.
from a business standpoint, why should i give money back for a used product.. its like saying Ford who sells used Toyota cars should give a certain profit back to Toyota... just no.
The Game industry think they are above the laws of depreciation and the used market. They are not, and need to stop complaining, because people will be turned off by it.
cant wait. really love the story arc of assassins creed. Ubisoft really brings life to a time period where many games fail at delivering. The Renaissance is definitely an age full of stories to build on.
Contrary to what some people say, I dont believe Assassins Creed is being milked the same way COD is. The reason being is that AC still holds an above average engaging storyline that incorporates past, present and future extremely well. The knocks persist in that while a sto...
^ slideshow didnt start happening until about 50 hrs in.. the game started slowing down dramatically. It really felt like a framerate crash.
tablet/smartphone games are soley to pass time. I'm not whipping out my tablet to play Defender because I cant wait to beat the game.. I do it in class when we are going on tangents, waiting for a bus, etc.
