I don't remember the arcade version AI being that damned cheap! Come on, even on the easiest AI setting I have had my ass handed to me frequently, not strategically either just cheap-ass exploits. Not sure what they were thinking here.

We need an old school controller for this old school game. I couldn't get used to playing with the standard one, way too akward.

I was impressed, great visuals, dialogue, and controls. A little tough for me to get used to using the A and B buttons for driving but no big deal. I think GTA will still have them beat in terms of personality and style but they will definitely need to take notes and bust their ass to beat out this one in other aspects.
for those that believe game development is somehow glamorous or high-paying. the pay is decent, but not when you calculate in your overtime and stress. most IT companies that expect too much unpaid OT from their employees really don't give a damn that the rest of your life suffers, its all about their profit. you learn not to take it personally and to just move on to a company that appreciates you and demonstrates that appreciation often. life is too short...

if its anywhere close to GTA VC or GTA SA (looks like it is) I am there. a high-def GTA is just what the doctor ordered!
There will never be any 100% reliable protection against mods. MS will be hard pressed to find a solution everytime a new way to mod comes around. They know that a percentage of people will do the mods and they account for that.
I'm actually missing playing Oblivion at this point, I don't think I could ever get tired of it as long as there is new content. IMO they need to be releasing missions instead of so many locations to hang out. Damn, I have enough places I could live. Please, oh please, make some add-ons for the Dark Brotherhood....
The game doesn't even use half of what the 360 can do. Graphics are PS2ish for the most part. The char models are laughable. The game feels like other shooters all mixed up in a blender. Besides the anti gravity stuff damn near made me queasy...
I agree with most of you here. The game just doesn't have a next-gen feel IMO. I just wasn't very impressed with the demo. Graphics to me were original X-box, maybe even PS2ish...

this would be sweet. I had a modded original Xbox and have to admit it was a lot of fun. it could do anything the 360 is doing today, not to mention the game backups. if they haven't really done this, it will be coming soon its just a matter of time
As much as I enjoy watching Sony struggle time and again, I know that we need them in the market as a competitor. If MS ever gets a gaming monopoly, as consumers, we are done for because we will be free game for getting screwed on prices and content. I have to admit I enjoyed my PS2 and never had any problems with it, but when I tried the Xbox I sold my PS2 right away. I am very graphics preferenced with consoles and games, might even consider it priority over gameplay for me. That's one reas...
I agree, they should have thrown us this bone. I thought since its been awhile since they've released any content, they would have maybe added some DB missions or something. I still like to play but am running out of stuff to do.
