Hot Shots for the PS3
There goes another $100 to Sony (and Square).
I've got Crisis Core pre-ordered, Patapon wasn't even on my radar 'til I played the demo, and this comes out next week. DAMMIT Sony! Don't you have enough of my money? I'm not even going to talk about the PS3 lineup. I'm going to have to take up a life of crime so I will have enough money/time to get everything I want to play this year.
two million barely equal one million? The open zone is precisely for comments like this but maybe that is to complicated for a Wii-nie.
I still disagree. Are videogames a luxury? yes. That doesn't give governments a right to tax them. If charitys were to collect so much money and actually give out so little, they would be shut down immediately and be on every nightly news outlet, subject to scorn and ridicule. Yet somehow we let our governments do it every day and everyone gives it a pass.
I rarely pre-order anything, but I got this from Amazon. I get a Shin-Ra UMD case for my pre-order. Hooray for shwag.
Bush says he does see a need to cut down on greenhouse gasses. His ranch is also heated geothermally, and what does Al Gore use? Fossil fuels? Not only that but he uses more in a month than the average family does in one year, and thats only one of his 5 homes. But it's okay because Al Gore buys carbon credits but he fails to tell people that he owns the company that sells carbon credits, hmmm.
Kids are funny.
Oh, and could someone please tell me of a problem that the U.N....
if Gamespot knows this is a game for a Sony product. They are typically the lowest score of Sony games.(recently)
I know this is "open" zone, but couldn't you at least stay on topic.
I wouldn't mind a new IP from Ninja Theory. I thouroghly enjoyed Heavenly Sword and would like to see what else they can do. Maybe they will follow in Insomniacs footsteps and alternate games.
a new term for Nintendo's fanboys, thanks to your inspiration.
Henceforth, all Nintendo fanboys shall be known as Wii-nies.
So let it be written, so let it be done.
I'm done with GOW:COO when this is released. Looks friggin sweet. My PSP has been getting a little dusty since I got my PS3. I think these two games are going to cause me to charge it up and give it a spit shine. Hell! I might even get a slim just for these two games.
"(The PS3) is the exception to the rule"
I don't think Sony was ever very concerned about UMD movies. It just doesn't stand to reason that they would allow you to encode dvd's to mp4 format if they thought UMD movies had a chance. Now with the new Blue-ray update coming, that would hurt UMD sales even more. If they were banking on UMD movie sales, these two options would not exist.
The same dev quoted in this article also responded on the lack of info and many other questions. Hear is an informative copy of one of his posts:
"Okay, I'll try to summarise the important points:
1. The release of new information about Killzone 2 is being strictly controlled in order to prevent the kind of situation we've all seen in the past. The endless cycle of hype and bust is unhealthy and it has to stop. It stops here. It means we can't wax lyrical about ...
Ripten took this from the ask the dev thread for KZ2 on the Playstation.com forums. One of the responses they posted was a reply to my question. (see below).
Well... I guess I just pissed away my 15 min. of fame.

I don't own a single one of those games for PSP. I would've figured MGS:PO, Syphon Filter: Logans Shadow, FF:Tactics, Jeanne D'Arc would've been on the list.
Just pre-ordered mine.
Just 'cause you took the time to write that lengthy reply.
Yeah the rest of the world hates Americans 'til they need a handout.
