This would be such a good announcement if it wasn’t revealed that Square is just porting the Switch version. On PC and PS4 , you’ll have to choose between a version that looks better or one that has better QoL and music. Square should have put in some effort.
When games release on PC, they release with countless performance variations and those have never increased the price. Next gen upgrades should be free, full stop. For the last 2 generations of consoles, the first 2 years haven’t shown us anything substantial that have required new hardware, but ya’ll want time to think this will be the generation? Gonna need proof since the only game that I saw that actually looked impossible on PS4 was Ratchet and Clank.
