it really isn't, and at the $500 price point, it's not going to sell well.
1000 hours into bf4 and still a great game. .. except for the stupid FLIRs
The first paragraph of this sounds like someone from the studio wrote it. Played the game, it was very 'meh.'
"Game looks amazing... dur dur durrr, but why does it take so long to make?!!" -----
BECAUSE. THE. GAME. LOOKS. AMAZING. #smh
It does. Though playing casual games (non ranked) will be frustrating. People can drop out/team kill whenever they want with no recourse. Ranked is where the real fun is. This is one of the few games that started off slow, and adopted a bigger base as time went on. I used to play bf1 a bunch, got into this, got used to the feeling of adrenaline filled rounds, tried bf1 again and it couldn't compare to the same feeling. I'm impressed with the game as a whole.
My friends and I jumped on this game a couple months ago, right before season 2 started and it's a blast! This game will get your adrenaline pumping within the first game, like no other. Adoption the game so late is a plus because the operators have been tweaked and balanced already. This game can make you super pissed at times, but leaves you wanting to get better. Surprised more people don't use mics for ranked though. Communication is key
Re-bought mine for $15 used. :)
This article is written by someone who doesn't know any better. Very poor grammar skills. "Causing the Bolivia (Bolivian) government... etc." Pretend website.
and then disappeared post launch! cowardly
This game gets a lot of hate, but I honestly think it's due to the amount of handholding the game has "on" default. If you turn off all the hud stuff, and play tactically with friends, communicating and spotting objectives, it's a very rewarding experience when you complete a mission. Really just depends on preferred play style, but I'd recommend turning majority of hud stuff off.
lost all trust in this company after they bait and switched us at release, then went radio silent indefinitely. ALL they had to do was at least say "we know all the features we wanted didn't make it into launch, but we're working tirelessly to bring them in," or something in that regard, acknowledging that the consumers felt cheated and they're working to rectify it. Will never buy a game from this company or developer again.
You mean from one bitch to another? b/c you sure sound like a cunt
$30 game
I bought one! :) happy to support a good game/developer
Sports vs eSports are just two separate entities that shouldn't be compared to one another. It's like comparing chess to football.
The strongest thing this game accomplishes is making me wish EA's SKATE makers(rip blackbox) did a snowboard game. The visuals in steep are great, but controls suck, sense of speed needs to be enhanced, and it's nowhere near a $60 game
Sell your old console and it'll make the upgrade easier to swallow
xbox360 To a ps4 guy here, bought an xbox one S (minecraft edition) recently... didn't really like it. Menus felt cluttered and sluggish. Controller felt cheap. Left me feeling glad i use my ps4 mainly.
edit: Just to clarify my comment about the xbox one S controller feeling cheap. I've always loved the 360 controller and have enjoyed my time with the DS4. I've also swapped sticks on my ds4 to turn them into xbox one sticks (more grip and better concave)... so i...
I was planning on selling mine with game for $225-$250... where are you getting $200 trade in value?
hahahahaha... right, because THAT's what nba fans have been waiting for all these long years... Stadiums are borderline empty, and NOBODY watches on tv.... what in the world makes them think this was a welcomed addition to spend energy on. smh
