I think when it comes to water effects BC2 actually looks better. Shooting the water actually creates a ripple, while in the screenshot they show for Crysis 2 there is no movement in the water.
Odd, because I remember watching the CryEngine 3 tech demo and seeing them show off the amazing water effects.
Expected. I wanted this, but the price and the fact that your eyes can start hurting so quickly turned me off. Just ruins the point really.
Those are both great games, but uh... I hope you know that BF3 is not a sequel to those games. It's a sequel to BF2, which came out in 2005.
You dont need to play the BC games to understand or be better at BF3.

It was my first too! I went back and played 7 and 8, never really bothered with the others. One of the first games I got for my PS2 also, played through it like 5 times. Never gets boring.

Every developer may record actual guns, but DICE uses multiple different microphones from multiple different distances, and pick out the most accurate sounds.
Have you seriously ever compared the sounds between the Bad Company games and other shooters? Not only do the guns sound better in the BC games but so do explosions, ambient noise, vehicles. Everything sounds more organic.
That is sick. DICE has always had the best sound effects and this, this is why. Dedication.

Oh gawd... these new Pokemon are horrible. They just...... they ran out of ideas.
I mean... Cofagrigus? Alomomola? These are nearly unpronounceable. And most of them are as ugly as their names.
I've always liked Pokemon and I loved Diamond and Pearl, but this is just shit. I think I'm pretty much done with this series, the end of an era for me. Been playing these games since the original Red/Blue.
Yeah, FFX had a memorable story. Other than than the laughing scene, there was nothing dumb about the romance.
