I love local multiplayer for sports games. Whether its against my buddy next to me or if we team up to play someone else in NHL.
Detroit!
If I'm absolutely stuck I'll use a walkthrough. But I'll only use it for the exact spot I'm at and nothing more. It's just to get me over the hump. I don't have enough free time to spend countless hours trying to figure out some things. Plus, I want to get the most out of my game. I feel guilty when I do it, but like I say, I do want to finish the game.
Don't compare the XBone to the Dreamcast...
Dreamcast was incredible.
I had an extensive collection that filled 4 bookcases (and that was just the games) Not to mention all of the systems I had (most had original boxes). I moved several times cross-country (I was in the service) and it became increasingly difficult to pack up my games each time. The payoff is great when you're sitting in your game room being surrounded by a huge collection spanning multiple generations of consoles. And I miss having the physical copies, but being able to have almost all of ...
Oh my god I can't wait!! I would definitely like to see some gameplay videos though
Looks cool as hell. I love Resogun anyway, but customization adds to it!
I'm not a PC gamer, hell, I don't even own a PC. So I really hope they make a good console version of it.
I never noticed that. That's probably because I haven't invested a terrible amount of time with it. One thing about the customization I didn't like was that it felt unorganized. Oh well. Still have fun doing a little run-and-gun with it every now and then.
I got your back dsammy. *agrees*
I actually did agree with you. I'm for all systems as long as its fun!
Penetration is key!
Whoa, dawg... Almost felt like you were attacking me. Just kidding. I agree with your key points. I'll take it one step further and say that even outside of my direct control, I take full responsibility for my childs actions. Like you said, (mental issue excluded), it's all about how they are raised. Providing I raise my daughter with values, what she does while not with me will show and allow her to make better decisions.
Just picked up Knack last weekend at GameStop for $20 brand new (powerup rewards members only) I picked it up for my daughter and myself as another game to play together. It is simple and fun. You'll enjoy it.
Free-to-play is nice even if it isn't a AAA game.
I'm a gaming father of a 10 year old gaming daughter. We love our games (violent and whimsical alike). She shows me respect because I show her respect. Does she whine? Yes. But she gets over it.
I really do love this: "Maybe we should burn you!" HA!
CANNOT WAIT!
...but I have to

People just being dicks.
At the core I didn't feel like the NHL series needed any large improvements. I guess thats a testament to the quality of the product, where the most substantial change is presentation. Very excited for the next-gen version! This will be getting a whole lot of hours each day from me when it comes out!
I believe they had plenty of vision. That's why the console was ahead of its time. :)
