Some impulsive people may decide on that, the fact is most buy it for the long run...In this matter PS4 is the right choice because Sony proved for generations that it supports its consoles better then the rest.

Psn has far more value than Xbl, even with games for gold attempt...
Once the ps4 is here it will have even more value, just imagine more then 72 great games a year, for all three platforms.For 50 bucks!!! You can call it a deal :)

GT6 is just incredible, remember guys it's running on 512 mb, 7 years old machine.
I'm not saying the other two are ugly, rather the opposite, but GT6 is just ahead. To be fair we need to compare the upcoming GT7 to Forza and Drive Club

What are talking about??? since 2008, Ms have never been ahead of Sony except in UK . Which if you don't mind is a tiny part of Europe.
For the other part of your analysis, just forgotten that a large part of what Xbone has to offer, are NA only and while Sony goes for 32 contries Ms is present only in 13.

Fact are : you are offered an upgrade but NEVER was it forced on you...End of the story and i see it a win-win for everyone.
I have a gamer pc, build about six months ago, do i ignore the consoles because of that??? Hell big NOOOOO. These are totally different worlds . People seem to think that games is only about graphics...where this is only about 20% of what makes a game a success. Level design, Gameplay, plot, char design, etc...here lay the big equation.
It happens that all of these are not unique to the pc world.
Experience is what matter, not only the resolution at which you run a game.

Exactly, it is a win win solution here :1- you like the game and spend some money on it - it's free, so paying as much as 70$/year is fair, plus you extend the game life span far beyond a simple retail game. 2- it is not you genre so go ahead try and then strike del key :)
P2W is another matter, and i'm against it no matter what.But it is not as common as it sounds to be, just my experience though.
F2P is the best economical model for this kind of co-op dungeon crawler.Since it is mainly co-op the P2W fear is irrelevant here, at least from what we saw till now. The grief toward Capcom while fully understood is still little too much. My most wanted game next gen even if i remain cautious.
