It depends on the consumer really. I don’t buy used games or go to gamestop. I like steelbook cases, I have a ton on ps4. I have bought a few collectors editions like god of war. I have a solid mix of digital and physical buys and the physical is usually steelbook at least.

That’s good news for everyone. I got mine directly from the Sony site. They way they did it, you sat in a countdown and when it reached zero you were put in a waiting page. A progress bar gave me estimated times and it took around 45 min before it was my turn and purchased the 500 console, headphones and Spider-Man. They limited 1 console per person.
