I dont think Haggar will be a playable character in SFXT I think it was just a cameo appearance just like Nancy in the first Cinematic Video. As for Hugo, Cody and Guy they are pretty much confirmed as playable characters.

Cuz this consoles are 5-6 years old can u guys take that in mind? PC keep evolving every 4-6 months that's why everything will look better on PC. Same about not outputting at 1080p. Is not BS as some claim is a fact 360 and PS3 have a REALLY old tech. I wouldn't be surprise if they release a port for the WiiU will almost all that the PC one have even looking similar.

Wasn't just more characters. There are A LOT of changes, changes that normal SF players can't see or notice but we competitive SF players can. And thanks to those changes the game changed completely. Is a whole new game now.
Wow never seen a game get a 0. Remember that everyone were waiting this game for such a LOOOOOONG time. And now that they play it and is bad(cuz the is bad) make them even more upset, mad, frustrated and thats why it got that score **IMO**
